Tree Section Rug

This round orange rug reinterprets the raw geometry of a tree cross-section with confidence and clarity. Saturated in a deep orange tone with dark brown linework, it reads like a stylized fossil—a fossil of time, tension, and movement.

Designed by Sergio Mannino, the rug transforms natural memory into a graphic artifact, abstracting tree rings, cracks, and bark into rhythmic layers of hand-knotted wool. The vibrant palette adds warmth and energy, making it ideal for interiors that lean into color, contrast, and visual narrative.

The Tree Section collection takes a single cross-cut of a tree trunk and renders it at rug scale, the rings and grain becoming pattern. It comes in green, light beige, orange, beige, and light gray. All round, all hand-knotted in Nepal, all available in custom sizes.
