Tree Section Rug

This hand-knotted wool rug captures the natural geometry of a tree’s life, abstracted into a bold graphic language. Each ring and split evokes a passing year, a memory, or a quiet shift recorded in a pattern that is organic and intentional.

Designed by Sergio Mannino, the rug is a meditation on time, growth, and impermanence. The beige field and black contours emphasize its graphic clarity, while the irregular edge mimics the imperfect, tactile quality of a tree’s natural form.

Ideal as a central piece in minimalist interiors or to soften structured spaces with an element of raw symbolism.

The Tree Section collection takes a single cross-cut of a tree trunk and renders it at rug scale, the rings and grain becoming pattern. It comes in green, light beige, orange, beige, and light gray. All round, all hand-knotted in Nepal, all available in custom sizes.
