Dutch Tiles

A dramatic take on the classic Dutch tile, the Dutch Tiles Red Rug draws from Delftware tradition while injecting bold tonal contrast. Each square was hand-sketched and translated into wool using traditional Nepalese techniques.

The deep red-on-red scheme gives this version an assertive character, suitable for bold residential interiors, statement corridors, or moody hospitality spaces. With 49 tile designs, each slightly imperfect, the rug emphasizes expression over order, reinterpreting history through a modern lens. Hand-knotted in Nepal from 100% Himalayan wool.

The Dutch Tiles collection translates the geometry of traditional Delft tiles into a hand-knotted wool rug. It comes in blue, pink, red, and terracotta. All hand-knotted in Nepal and available in custom sizes.
